Account Chef North America Foodservice

Account Chef Ygnacio Alena has a wide span of experience, having started his career as a line cook, and worked his way up to head chef. In just eight years, Ygnacio has worked in nearly every type of foodservice organization from restaurants and hotels to corporate food companies and supermarket chains. A graduate of the French Culinary Institute, Ygnacio says, “I believe ‘less is more,’ and I always apply this concept when I am creating products.”
