Let stand for 15 min/ (Tempered) Tent lid, secure 2 edges, cook for 1 hr. 15 min. Remove lid. Cook for additional 10 min. Let stand for 15 min. - Convection oven, 325 degrees F: (Frozen) Tent and secure edges, cook for 1 hr. 10 min. Remove lid. Cook for additional 5 min. Let stand for 15 min. (Tempered) Tent lid and secure 2 edges. Cook for 45-50 min. Remove lid. Cook for additional 5 min. Let stand for 15 min.
