Preparation

Immerse the pouch in boiling water until the product reaches 180 degrees F (about 1 hour). Carefully remove the pouch from the water using the EZ Lift strip. To open the pouch, cut it with a knife starting center of the top of the pouch and cut through to the edge. Grasp the bottom of the pouch and then pour the product into a steam table insert or holding kettle.

Handling

USE. DO NOT REFREEZE. DO NOT STORE IN POUCH AFTER HEATING. PROMPTLY REFRIGERATE ANY UNUSED PORTION. DO NOT USE IF PUNCTURED OR TORN. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE.
