Swanson® 50% Less Sodium Beef Broth, 14 1/2 ounce can 96 oz. 6 3/4  cans
jalapeño pepper ea.
soy sauce 1/2  cups
ginger root, rough cut 1/4  cups
1. Combine Swanson Lower Sodium Beef Broth in a stock pot with whole jalapeno peppers, soy sauce, and ginger.

2. Bring to a boil.

3. Turn off heat, and strain the broth to remove the peppers and the pieces of ginger. Makes approximately 1-1/2 qt.
