honey 1 1/2  cups
bottled or canned lime juice cups
canola oil 1/2  cups
1. Beat the Pace® Picante sauce, honey, lime juice and oil in a large bowl with a fork or whisk.

spinach, torn into bite sized pieces qt.
cantaloupe 16  cups
avocado, peeled, pitted, cubed ea.
almonds, slivered, blanced, toasted cups
2. Add the spinach, cantaloupe and avocado and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the almonds. Serve immediately.
