Refried Beans USDA Recipe I-15 2.75 oz. 0 333/1000  cups
low fat Cheddar cheese 1 oz. 0 1/4  cups
Instructions
1. Prepare Refried Beans USDA Recipe I-15 according to instructions.  Reserve.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 158°F for 1 minute.
CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

2. Split Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® Bread- Whole Wheat sandwich bread.

3. Place on sheet pan and toast in 375°F oven until lightly crisp.

4. Top one slice of bread with 1/4 cup warmed beans and 1/2 oz. cheese.

5. Layer with second slice of bread, 1/4 cup warmed beans, remaining 1/2 oz. cheese, and salsa.

6. Reheat until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.


 

Recipe Tip

  1. For a complete reimbursable meal, try serving with 3/4 cup of corn, 1 sliced kiwi, and 8 ounces of low-fat milk.
