onion 2 lb. 1 1/2  qt.
chili powder 0 333/1000  cups
cumin 2 1/2  tbsp.
water qt.
flour tortilla 159 oz. 100  ea.
Instructions
1. In large saucepot cook beef and onions with chili powder and cumin until beef is browned. Drain fat.
2. Add soups, salsa and water. Heat through.
CCP: Heat until internal temperature is 165°F. or higher for 15 seconds.
CCP: Hold at 140°F. or higher.
To Serve:
Portion meat mixture, using 4-oz. ladle (1/2-cup) and place in center of each tortilla. Fold one side of tortilla to center. Fold in two sides to cover meat mixture, leaving one end open.
