vegetable oil tbsp.
garlic powder 0 3/4  tsp.
black beans, canned, rinsed, drained 48 oz. 9 1/2  cups
small white beans, canned, rinsed, drained 48 oz. cups
whole kernel corn, canned, rinsed, drained 24 oz. cups
green pepper 16 oz. cups
onion, chopped 9 oz. 1 1/2  cups
Mix all ingredients and stir until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. CCP: Hold at 40ºF. or lower. Portion 1-1/4 cups each.
