cucumber, unpeeled, thinly sliced 6 oz. 96  slices
apple, unpeeled, thinly sliced 6 oz. 144  slices
carrot, shredded 35 oz. cups
apple cider vinegar 144  fl oz.
1.  Slice cucumbers and apples into thin slices and place in large mixing bowl. Set aside.

2.  Add shredded carrots and vinegar.  Marinate for 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.

whole grain sandwich roll, 2 ounces 48  ea.
3.  Open and place rolls on sheet pan.

Campbells® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, 50 oz ea cans
unbreaded chicken breast strips, fully cooked 125 oz.
4.  Mix lettuce and soup in large bowl.  Toss until coated.  Set aside.

5.  Using a #8 scoop, portion 1/2 cup lettuce mixture onto each roll.

6.  Using tongs, place 4 strips (2.6 oz) chicken dippers on top of lettuce mixture. Using a #16 scoop top chicken with 1/4 cup carrots.  Top with 2 slices of cucumber and 3 slices of apple.  Serve immediately.

CCP: Hold for cold service at 41°F until needed.
