cumin, ground 2 oz. 1/2  cups
Cheddar cheese, shredded 24 oz. cups
1.In large soup pot, cook beef and onions. CCP: Cook until internal temperature is 165°F or higher for 15 seconds and beef is browned. Drain fat.

2. Add soup, water, picante sauce and cumin.

3. CCP: Heat until internal temperature is 165°F for 15 seconds.

4. Portion using 8-oz. ladle.

5. Optional: garnish with 1 tbsp. cheese.
