cilantro, minced 1/2  cups

1. In a pot heat over medium heat, combine Campbell’s® Cream of Chicken Soup, chicken and salsa.   
 

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.


2. Stir in cilantro. Reserve.
 

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

vegetable oil tbsp.
onion, sliced 28 oz. cups
green and red bell pepper, sliced 21 oz. cups
garlic, minced tbsp.
3. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and pepper slices. Sauté until tender crisp, about 5-8 minutes. Stir in garlic and heat through. Reserve.

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

Cheddar cheese, shredded 27 oz. 6 3/4  cups
6. To Assemble Each Burrito: Lay tortilla on a flat surface.
Top with:
  • #12 scoop, 1/3 cup sautéed onions and peppers
  • #16 scoop, 1/4 cup scrambled egg mixture
  • #12 scoop, 1/3 cup creamy chicken mixture
  • #30 scoop, 1 oz. shredded cheese
  7. Tightly roll up burrito style. Serve immediately.

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

frozen liquid egg, thawed 54 oz. 6 3/4  cups
kosher salt 1/2  tsp.
black pepper, ground 1/2  tsp.

4. Spray skillet with cooking spray.

5.  In medium-sized bowl, combine liquid eggs, salt and pepper. Over medium-high heat, cook egg mixture  until heated through.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F for 1 minute.
