Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets (10" x 15"), 12.3 ounces each, thawed pkg.
1. Heat oven to 400°F.  Stir chicken, cheese and hot sauce in a bowl.

2. Unfold pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.  Roll each into a 10x14-inch rectangle.

3. With the short side facing you, use 2- #2scoops + 1- #16 scoop to portion 2-1/4 cups of the chicken mixture down center of each pastry.  Fold 2 opposite sides of each pastry to center over the filling and press to seal.  Place pastries, seam-side down, onto baking sheets.  Tuck ends under to seal.

4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the pastries are golden brown.  Cut each pastry in 4 slices, making a total of 24 slices.

CCP: Ensure final cook step reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for one minute.

CCP: Hold hot at 140°F or higher for service.

5.  One Serving = 1 Slice Filled Puffed Pastry
