1. Combine tomato soup and water in saucepot. Stir well until blended.
2. Stir in spinach.CCP: Heat until internal temperature is 165º F. or higher for 15 seconds.CCP: Hold at 140º F. or higher. Portion using 8-oz. ladle (1 cup).  Garnish each serving with 1 tsp Parmesan cheese and 1/2 oz Goldfish crackers.
