|1. Combine the soup and the carrot juice and heat until warm.|
|2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir together well.
3. Continue heating until the soup reaches a simmer.
4. CCP: Hold for hot service at 140 degrees F.
5. Portion each serving with an 8 oz ladle (1 cup).
