Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, 50 oz ea 150 oz. cans
1. Place crusts on sheet pans. Spread 10 oz. soup over each crust.
Weight Measure
mozzarella cheese 8 lb. gallons
cooked diced chicken 5 lb. gallons
tomato 5 lb. 3 1/4  qt.
green pepper, chopped 2 lb. qt.
black olives, pitted, sliced, drained 2 lb. qt.
Cheddar cheese 4 lb. gallons
2. Top each crust with 10 oz. mozzarella cheese, 6 oz. turkey, 6 oz. tomatoes, 2-1/2 oz. peppers and 2-1/2 oz. olives. Top with 4 oz. Cheddar cheese.

3. Bake at 400º F. for about 10 minutes. CCP: Hold at 140°F. or higher. Cut each pizza into 8 portions, 6x4. Portion 1 piece each.
