reduced fat (2%) milk qt.
dried thyme, leaves, crushed tsp.
black pepper tsp.
cooked diced chicken 13 lb. 2 1/2  gallons
mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, corn, peas) 18 lb. gallons
1. Prepare baking mix according to package directions.

2. In a large saucepot mix soups, milk, thyme and pepper. Heat to a boil, stirring occasionally.

3. Add chicken and vegetables. CCP: Heat until internal temperature is 165º F. or higher for 15 seconds.

4. In each of 8 baking pans (12x20x2) evenly divide chicken mixture. Using No. 4 scoop (1/4 cup) place 12 to 13 biscuits evenly over each pan.

5. Bake at 400º F. CCP: Bake until internal temperature is 165º F. or higher for 15 seconds and biscuits are golden, about 30 minutes.

6. CCP: Hold at 140º F. or higher. Portion using 8-oz. ladle (1 cup) and 1 biscuit.
