salt 1/2  tsp.
black pepper, ground tsp.
olive oil 1 oz. 1/4  cups
garlic, chopped tbsp.
onion, sliced 9 oz. cups
red bell pepper, sliced 18 oz. cups

Campbell’s® Signature Reduced Sodium Tomato Basil Soup, 4 pounds pouches
fresh basil leaves, julienned tbsp.
fresh oregano leaves, chopped tbsp.
Parmesan cheese, shredded 1 oz. tbsp.
cooked linguine 68 oz. 12  cups
1.  Season chicken with some of the salt and pepper.  Set aside for 30 minutes.

2.  Using a large sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium to high heat. Sear chicken until golden brown on all sides.  Reserve.

3.  Using the same pan, add garlic, onions and peppers. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.

4.  Add herbs and reserved chicken.  Lower heat and add Campbell’s® Signature Reduced Sodium Tomato Basil Soup. Simmer for 10-12 minutes.

5.  Adjust seasoning with remaining salt and pepper.  Finish with 1/2 the shredded Parmesan cheese.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.
CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.


6.  To serve, portion ingredients in the following order into serving bowl and serve immediately.
  • 1 cup (#4 scoop) of cooked pasta
  • 1 cup (#4 scoop) of Cacciatore mixture
  • 3 pieces of chicken
  • sprinkle of remaining shredded Parmesan Cheese
