Two halves of toasted Goldfish® Honey Whole Wheat Bread topped with Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce, chicken, sweet red peppers, and mozzarella, then baked until golden and bubbly.

Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish™ 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread

cooked diced chicken 1 oz. 0 1/4  cups
red bell pepper tbsp.
part skim mozzarella cheese 1 oz. 0 1/4  cups
Instructions
1. Heat  Prego® Traditional Pasta Sauce.  Reserve.

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

2.  Heat chicken.  Reserve.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.

3. Split sandwich bread.

4. Place bread on sheet pan. Toast in 375°F oven until lightly crisp.

5. To assemble, top each bread half with:
  • 1 oz. ladle, 1/8 cup warmed Italian sauce
  • #16 Scoop, 1/4 cup chicken
  • #60 scoop, 1 tablespoon peppers
  • #16 scoop, 1/4 cup cheese
5. Reheat until cheese is melted. 

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

6. Place two halves on plate.  Serve immediately.
