1. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and garlic powder and cook over medium heat 5 min, stirring often.

cooked linguine, hot cups
Parmesan cheese, grated tsp.
2. Add pasta sauce, salsa and mushrooms. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 10 min., or until chicken is done.

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140 degrees F or higher.

For each portion, serve 4 oz chicken mixture over 1 cup linguine with cheese.
