vegetable oil tbsp.
boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 lb.
garlic powder 0 1/4  tsp.
sliced mushrooms 4.5 oz. cups
cooked linguine cups
Parmesan cheese tsp.
Instructions
1. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and garlic powder and cook over medium heat 5 min, stirring often.
2. Add pasta sauce, salsa and mushrooms. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 10 min., or until chicken is done.

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140 degrees F or higher.

For each portion, serve 4 oz chicken mixture over 1 cup linguine with cheese.

Recipe Tip

  1. 2 cloves of fresh, minced garlic may be subsituted for garlic powder.
