1. In a soup pot over medium-high heat, bring soup and water to a boil; reduce heat to simmer and cook 5 minutes.

frozen garden vegetable blend (roasted potatoes, sugar snap peas, red peppers) 24 oz.
2. Stir in vegetables and simmer 5 minutes.

fresh parsley, chopped 1/4  cups
chives, chopped 1/4  cups
black pepper, cracked tsp.
3. Stir in herbs and pepper. Heat until internal temperature is 165º F. or higher for 15 seconds. CCP: Hold at 140º F. or higher.
