|1. In a soup pot over medium-high heat, combine soup and water and bring to a boil; reduce heat to simmer and cook 10 minutes.|
|2. Add mixed vegetables, potatoes and thyme. Heat until internal temperature is 165º F. or higher for 15 seconds. CCP: Hold at 140º F. or higher.|
|3. Garnish each serving with 2 Tbsp. croutons.|
