1. Heat oil in a stockpot. Add onion and sauté over medium heat until tender. Add chilies; sauté 1 minute.

half and half 5 3/4  cups
frozen peas and carrots 13 oz. 2 1/2  cups
great northern beans, canned, rinsed, drained 47 oz. cups
cooked diced chicken, frozen, thawed 10 oz. 2 1/2  cups
cumin, ground, optional tbsp.
garlic powder tsp.
dried oregano leaves 0 1/2  tsp.
anise seeds, ground, optional 0 1/4  tsp.
2. Add Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, half-and-half, beans, chicken and seasoning. Stir until fully blended.

3. Heat to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

4. To Serve: Using an 8 oz. ladle, portion 1 cup soup into soup bowl. Serve immediately.
