1. Cook spaghetti. Rinse and drain.

red bell pepper, diced 8 lb. 1 1/2  gallons
onion, chopped 2 lb. 1 1/2  qt.
2. In large saucepot in hot margarine, cook peppers and onions until tender.

Swanson® Chicken Broth

Swanson® Chicken Broth, 49.5 ounce can 74 oz. 1 1/2  cans
cooked diced chicken 12 lb.
sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 3 lb. 12  cups
sliced mushrooms, drained 3 lb. 8 3/4  cups
black olives, pitted, cut in half 12 oz. cups
paprika tbsp.
3. Add soups, broth, chicken, cheese, mushrooms, olives and paprika. Add spaghetti. CCP: Heat until internal temperature is 165º F. or higher for 15 seconds.

4. CCP: Hold at 140º F. or higher. Portion using heaping 8-oz. ladle. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
