spaghetti 7.5 lb.
margarine 12 oz. 1 1/2  cups
red bell pepper 7.5 lb. 1 1/2  gallons
onion 1.5 lb. 1 1/2  qt.
cooked diced chicken 12 lb.
sharp Cheddar cheese 3 lb.
sliced mushrooms 3 lb.
black olives 12 oz. cups
paprika tbsp.
Instructions
1. Cook spaghetti. Rinse and drain.
2. In large saucepot in hot margarine, cook peppers and onions until tender.
3. Add soups, broth, chicken, cheese, mushrooms, olives and paprika. Add spaghetti.CCP: Heat until internal temperature is 165º F. or higher for 15 seconds.
4. CCP: Hold at 140º F. or higher. Portion using heaping 8-oz. ladle. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
