tomato 1 lb.
frozen whole kernel corn 12 oz.
black beans 8 oz.
fried yellow or white corn tortilla 6.5 oz.
Instructions
1. Prepare all ingredients and set up station.2. Mix soup with water, heat to 165 degrees. Hold hot for service.For each serving:
  • Ladle 8 oz hot soup into a 10 oz bowl.
  • Top soup with: 1/4 cup cooked chicken, 1 Tbsp. diced chipotle peppers, 2 Tbsp. diced tomatoes, 2 Tbsp. corn, 1 Tbsp. black beans, 1 tsp. Pace salsa, 1/4 cup fried tortilla strips
