water gallons
long grain white rice 59 oz. cups
lemon juice 3/4  cups
Italian seasoning 1/4  cups
onion powder tbsp.
black pepper tbsp.
broccoli, florets 77 oz. 20  cups
baby-cut carrots, cut in half diagonally 52 oz. qt.
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Stir Campbells® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, water, rice, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, onion powder, black pepper, broccoli and carrots in a large bowl. Transfer mixture to 2-1/2 deep steam table pans.

shredded reduced fat Colby cheese 1 lb. qt.
paprika 1 1/2  tsp.
boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked yield from 1 pound raw 15 
3. Place chicken on rice mixture. Lightly season chicken with additional black pepper. Sprinkle with paprika.

4. Cover pans. Bake for 50 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.

CCP: Heat to 165 °F for at least 15 seconds.

5. Remove covers from pans. Evenly top with cheese. Replace covers and let stand for 10 minutes.

CCP: Serve immediately or hold for hot service at 140°F.

6. Stir rice/vegetable mixture before serving.
