low fat Cheddar cheese 0.5 oz. 0 1/4  cups
Instructions

1. Prepare Scrambled Eggs USDA D-34 recipe according to directions.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F for 1 minute.

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.
 


 

2. Split Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® Bread- Whole Wheat sandwich bread.

3. Using a #16 scoop, portion 1/4 cup eggs onto one slice of bread.

4. Top with cheese and second slice of bread.  Serve immediately. 

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

Recipe Tip

  1. For a complete reimbursable meal, try serving with 3/4 cup of fresh broccoli, 1 small apple, and 8 ounces of low-fat milk.
