Campbell's® Reserve ® Thai Green Curry Sauce 6 lb. ea.
boneless, skinless chicken breast 8 lb.
1. Marinate chicken in the Campbell's® Reserve ® Thai Green Curry Sauce, refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours. Discard Marinade.

2. Soak 40 Wooden Skewers in water for 2 hrs.

3. Thread one piece of chicken onto each skewer.

4. Grill skewers on high heat until cooked through, 3 minutes per side.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

5. One Serving = 3 cooked Chicken Skewers.
