|spinach||32 oz.||30 1/2 cups|
|mozzarella cheese||48 oz.||48 slices|
|1. Add oil to sauce pan and add garlic, cook 2-3 minutes.
2. Add fresh spinach.
3. Slice fresh mozzarella.
4. Plate 1/2 cup of sautéed spinach.
5. Alternate sliced chicken breast with sliced 4 oz of mozzarella on top of bed of spinach.
6. Ladle 4 oz of Campbell's® Reserve Roasted Red Pepper & Smoked Gouda Bisque on top of chicken and cheese.
CCP: Cook until minimum of 165 F is reached.
