Campbells® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, 50 oz ea 50 oz. cans
milk qt.
half and half qt.
cooked brown rice cups
turkey breast, cooked, pulled 10 oz.
mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, corn, peas), frozen qt.
poultry seasoning, optional tbsp.
1. Combine all ingredients in a stockpot.

2. Heat to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.

3. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes, or until fully heated and the vegetables are tender.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.


4. To Serve: Using an 8 oz. ladle, portion 1 cup soup into soup bowl. Serve immediately.
