part skim mozzarella cheese 1 oz. slices
Instructions
1. Cook beef patties to safe temperature according to manufacturer’s directions.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 158°F for 1 minute.

2. Warm spaghetti/marinara sauce.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.

3. Split Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® Whole Wheat Bread.

4. Top with cooked beef patty, sauce, cheese and second slice of bread.

5. Reheat until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.
 

Recipe Tip

  1. For a complete reimbursable meal, try serving with 1/4 cup of cucumber slices,1/2 cup of sliced canned peaches, and 8 ounces of low-fat milk.
