American cheese, sliced into 1/2 oz slices 2 lb. 48  slices
baby-cut carrots 53 oz. qt.
green pepper, julienned 20 oz. 1 1/2  qt.
ranch dressing, 1/2 oz ea 24  packets
low fat (1%) milk 24  ea.
1. For each serving, portion the following and serve immediately:
  • four apple quarters
  • 2 thin strips of Granny Smith apple
  • 4 oz. low fat yogurt
  • 1 pouch of Goldfish® made with Whole Grain Cheddar
  • 1 oz. slice of cheese
  • 1/2 cup baby carrots
  • 1/4 cup pepper strips
