|1. In large bowl, stir Swanson® Unsalted Chicken broth, lemon juice, basil, thyme and black pepper.
2. Lightly oil grill rack and heat to medium. Grill chicken for 30 minutes or until cooked through. Turn chicken over once halfway through grilling time and brush often with broth mixture. Discard remaining broth mixture.
CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.
CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.
3. To Serve: Using tongs, portion 1 chicken breast on plate. Serve immediately.
