|1. Preheat oven to 350°F. conventional or 300°F. convection.
2. In bottom of a half-size hotel pan, mix soup, milk, soy sauce, onionpowder and pepper; stir in green beans and toss to coat completely.
3. Sprinkle top evenly with crushed onions. Bake 25-30 minutes or untilgolden brown on top and bubbly. Remove from heat and serve while hot.
