Campbells® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, 50 oz ea 50 oz. cans
low fat (1%) milk cups
reduced sodium soy sauce tbsp.
onion powder tbsp.
black pepper, ground tsp.
green beans, blanched, drained qt.
French fried onions, crushed cups
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. conventional or 300°F. convection.

2. In bottom of a half-size hotel pan, mix soup, milk, soy sauce, onionpowder and pepper; stir in green beans and toss to coat completely.

3. Sprinkle top evenly with crushed onions. Bake 25-30 minutes or untilgolden brown on top and bubbly. Remove from heat and serve while hot.

4. CCP: Hold for hot service at 140° F. Portion with a 4 oz spoodle or #8 scoop.
