Cape Cod® Potato Chips, Original Kettle Cooked Chips, 13 ounces 39 oz. bags
cooked lobster meat, coarsely chopped 32 oz. 6 1/4  cups
kosher salt, as needed
black pepper, ground
white Cheddar cheese, shredded 16 oz. cups
cilantro, whole bunch(es), chopped bunches
avocado, peeled, pitted, cubed ea.
1.  Heat Campbell's® Reserve® Lobster Bisque with Sherry according to package directions.  Reserve.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.
2.  Gentle warm and season lobster meat with salt and pepper, as needed.  Reserve.
3.  To assemble, layer a small amount of the following on a round plate:
 
•  1/2 ounce Chips
•  1/2 ounce Lobster Meat
•  1/4 ounce Cheese
•  1 ounce Campbell's® Reserve® Lobster Bisque with Sherry
CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

4.  Garnish each serving with diced avocado.  Serve immediately.
