|1. In medium bowl whisk together juice, vinegar, mustard, garlic and pepper.
2. Slowly whisk in oil until thickened and smooth. Adjust seasonings with salt. Cover. CCP: Refrigerate below 40°F hold dressing at least 2 hours before using as directed.
|3. For Each Serving: Serve 1 cup greens on a chilled salad plate topped with 1/2 cup mango and 1/4 cup avocado slices. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. Açai dressing before serving.|
