Ramen noodles 48 oz.
1. In a medium pot, cook Ramen noodles according to package directions. Rinse noodles under cold water.  Drain, cover and hold until needed.

canola oil 0 1/8  cups
garlic 2 oz. 0 1/2  cups
ginger root, peeled, minced 1 oz. 0 1/8  cups
ground pork 1 lb. cups
carrot, shredded 14 oz. 3 5/8  cups
cauliflower, chopped 20 oz. 5 1/4  cups
green cabbage, shredded 10 oz. 3 1/8  cups
2.  Heat a medium sized pot on low. Add canola oil, garlic, ginger, and ground pork. Cook and stir for 4 minutes.
 
3. Add carrots, cauliflower and cabbage to the pot and cook for 4 minutes.

reduced sodium soy sauce tbsp.
miso 0 1/4  cups

orange zest, finely grated 1 oz. tsp.
4. Add water, bean sprouts. sugar, soy sauce, miso, salt and Campbell’s Signature Low Sodium Chicken Culinary Foundation. Bring to a simmer for 12 minutes.

 5. Add the orange zest and simmer for 12 more minutes.

6. Add the noodles to the broth and stir.

CCP: Ensure final cook step reaches a minimun internal temperature of 165°F for one minute.

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher.

7. To Serve: Ladle 2 cups (TWO 8-oz ladles) of the broth, Ramen, and vegetable mixture into a 20 oz bowl.  Drizzle with 1/8 tsp sesame oil.  Garnish with a pinch of green onion. Serve immediately.
