honey 0 1/4  cups
soy sauce 0 1/4  cups
ground ginger tsp.
1. Mix vegetable juice, honey, soy and ginger.

2. Cut tips off wings and discard or use for stock. Cut wings in half at joints making 48 pieces. Add wings to juice mixture and toss to coat.

3. Place chicken mixture in foil-lined shallow baking sheet pans.

4. Bake at 400º F. for 45 minutes or until glazed and chicken is done, turning and brushing with sauce during the last 15 minutes of baking. CCP: Bake until internal temperature is 180°F. or higher for 15 seconds. CCP: Hold at 140°F. or higher.
