vegetable oil tbsp.
yellow onion, chopped 24 oz. qt.
carrot 38 oz. 1 1/2  qt.
garlic, peeled, minced tbsp.
paprika tbsp.
diced tomatoes 3 lb. 1 1/2  qt.
1. In large pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion. Sauté 5 minutes, stirring often, until golden and softened.

2. Add garlic and paprika. Continue to sauté 2-3 minutes.

3. Stir tomatoes along with the juice from can, bring to a simmer. Continue to cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, Swanson® Natural Goodness® Chicken Broth. Bring to a simmer. Cook 5 minutes, stirring often.

cooked pulled pork 2 lb. 1 1/2  qt.
paprika tbsp.
5. Place shredded pork in bowl. Sprinkle with paprika. Toss well to coat. Add mixture to stew. Mix well. Return mixture to a simmer. Cook 5 minutes.

CCP: Heat to an internal temperature of 165°F. or higher for 15 seconds.

CCP: Hold hot at 140°F or higher for service.

fresh parsley, minced 1 oz. cups
green onion, sliced 2 oz. cups
air popped popcorn, low sodium, optional 1 1/2  cups
6. Just before serving, stir in parsley and scallions.

7. To Serve: Using an 8 oz. ladle, portion 1 cup stew into a bowl or mug. Top with 1 tablespoon popped corn, if desired.
