Campbells® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, 50 oz ea 50 oz. cans
fat free half and half 6 1/4  cups
pumpkin 60 oz. 7 1/2  cups
nutmeg, grated tsp.
ground cinnamon tbsp.
light brown sugar 4 1/2  cups
1. In large saucepot, combine soup, cream, pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon and brown sugar.

2. Over medium-high heat, stir frequently with whisk to blend mixture until smooth. Simmer 3 minutes.

CCP: Heat until internal temperature is 165 degrees F or higher for 15 seconds.
CCP: Hold at 145 degrees F or higher.

chocolate sauce 16  tsp.
lightly sweetened whipped cream 16  tsp.
3. Portion using and 8 oz ladle (1 cup). Drizzle each serving with 1 tsp chocolate sauce and 1 tsp whipped cream.  Serve immediately.
