fennel bulb ea.
olive oil 0 1/2  cups
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°.

2. Toss tomatoes and fennel in olive oil.

3. Roast for 30-40 minutes or until fennel is tender.
4. Blend tomatoes and fennel with Prego® No Salt Added Pasta Sauce and Swanson® Chicken Broth.

5. Serve hot.

Recipe Tip

  1. Roma tomatoes add sweetness, or use heirloom tomatoes for richer flavor. Add heat with cayenne pepper or roasted jalapenos.
  2. Perfect with chicken, pork, beef and pasta.
