Campbell's® Reserve® Lobster Bisque with Sherry, hot 4 lb.
scallop, poached 2 lb.
shrimp, peeled and deveined, tail off, cooked 1 lb.
lump crabmeat 10 oz.
provolone cheese, shredded 20 oz. cups
For one serving:1. Place 3oz of poached scallops in center of a 10oz casserole dish.

2. Place 2 shrimp on either end of dish.

3. Top with 1oz jumbo lump crabmeat.

4. Cover seafood with 6oz of Stockpot® Lobster Bisque with Sherry, then 2oz of provolone cheese.

5. Bake at 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. (Until cheese is golden brown and casserole is bubbling.
