low fat (1%) milk, 1/2 pint carton ea.
For each portion:

1. Alternate layering the following into individual serving container: 
  • 1/4 cup (72 g) (1x 2 fl oz spoodle) mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup (72 g) (1x 2 fl oz spoodle) low fat yogurt
2. Repeat.

3. Serve with 1 package (28 g) Goldfish® Grahams Baked with Whole Grain - French Toast, 1/2 cup (4 fl oz) orange juice and 1 half-pint carton low fat milk.
