|1. Sauté onion, pepper and garlic in hot oil in large pan until tender and lightly browned, about 10 minutes.|
|2. Add pimento, tomato sauce, salsa base and vinegar; cook 10 more minutes. Cover and refrigerate.
CCP: Hold at 40°F. or lower.
