low fat (1%) milk cups
egg, large, beaten 36 oz. 18  ea.
2. Mix soup, milk and eggs. Ladle 8 oz. soup mixture into prepared pans.

white bread 4 lb. 48  slices
3. Arrange 8 bread slices in bottom of each pan.

deli turkey breast, slice, 1 ounce each 32  ea.
low fat Swiss cheese, 3/4 ounce slices 32  slices
roasted red bell pepper, cut into quarters ea.
4. Layer 1 slice turkey, 1 slice cheese and 1 piece red pepper over bread slices. Repeat layers, ending with bread slice. Pour remaining soup mixture over sandwiches in pans. Let stand 20 min.  Serving size = 1 layered sandwich.
