Campbells® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

85% lean ground beef 18 lb.
onion 1.5 lb. 1 1/4  qt.
ketchup 1 1/2  pt.
black pepper tbsp.
hamburger roll 100  ea.
Instructions
1. Cook beef and onions in large saucepot or until beef is browned and onions are tender. Drain off fat.
2. Add soup, ketchup and pepper. Heat to a boil. CCP: Cook until internal temperature is 165º F. or higher for 15 seconds.
CCP: Hold at 140º F. or higher. Using No. 8 scoop, portion 1/2 cup meat mixture onto each bun.
