Parmesan cheese 3 oz. cups
Instructions
1. In large saucepan cook turkey. CCP: Cook until internal temperature is 165º F. or higher for 15 seconds and turkey is no longer pink. Pour off liquid.

2. Add spaghetti sauce. CCP: Heat until internal temperature is 140º F. or higher for 15 seconds stirring often.

3. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Rinse and drain.

4. CCP: Hold sauce and spaghetti at 140º F. or higher. Portion sauce using 6 oz. ladle (3/4 cup) over 1 cup spaghetti. Top each portion with 2 tsp. cheese.

Recipe Tip

  1. Extra lean ground beef may be used in place of ground turkey.
