Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup 192 oz. pouches
apple cider vinegar 27 oz. cups
low sodium soy sauce 14 oz. 1 1/2  cups
brown sugar, packed 31 oz. 1 1/2  qt.
vegetable oil 12 oz. cups
1. Heat the oven to 425°F.  While the oven is heating, stir the condensed soup, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and oil in a mixing bowl until smooth.

carrot, slices 430 oz. 6 1/4  gallons
onion, sliced 4 lb. gallons
green pepper, sliced 52 oz. gallons
cooked brown rice 534 oz. 75  cups
2. Place the chicken on one side of a rimmed sheet pan(s).  Place the carrots, onion and pepper on the other side of the pan(s).  Drizzle the chicken and vegetables with the soup mixture.  Turn the chicken and toss the vegetables to coat.

3. Bake for 40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.  While the chicken and vegetables are cooking.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165 ⁰F.
CCP: Hold for hot service at 140 ⁰F or higher.

4. Serve one chicken breast and 3/4 cup (6 oz spoodle) of vegetables over 3/4 cup (6 oz spoodle) of the cooked rice.
