Campbell’s® Signature Macaroni and Cheese, 4 pound pouch pouches
Preparation:

1. Thaw Campbell’s® Signature Macaroni and Cheese according to package directions.

CCP: Hold for cold service at 41°F until needed.
Weight Measure
vegetable cooking spray
cooked diced chicken, frozen, thawed 15 oz. cups
kosher salt tsp.
black pepper, ground tsp.
bacon, cooked, chopped 6 oz. cups

Mac & Cheese Mixture:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray oven-proof casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Reserve.

2. In large mixing bowl, season thawed chicken with salt and pepper.

3. Add thawed macaroni, and bacon. Mix well. Place in a greased oven-proof casserole dish. Reserve.

 
Weight Measure
green onion, thinly sliced 2 oz. 0 3/8  cups
panko 2 oz. 12  tbsp.
butter, melted 1 oz. tsp.

Panko:

1. In medium bowl, toss onion, panko and butter.  Sprinkle evenly over top of filled casserole dish.

2. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

CCP: Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F for 1 minute.

CCP: Hold for hot service at 140°F or higher until needed.

To Serve:

1. Using 1- #6 scoop , portion 2/3 cup (about  4.5 oz.) into bowl. Serve immediately.
