Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Tomato Soup, 50 oz ea 50 oz. cans
Bolthouse Farms® Organics 100% Carrot Juice, 52 oz bottle 52 oz. bottles
ginger root, peeled, sliced into coins 2 oz. 12  ea.
1. Combine Tomato Soup, Carrot Juice and ginger in a gallon stock pot.

2. Bring to simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.

3. Strain to remove ginger.

4. CCP: Hold for hot service at 140° F.

5. Serve each portion with an 8 oz ladle (1 cup)
